How It Works

When placing your first order via our app, our driver will provide you with color-coded bags customized for each type of service:

• The green bag is designated for our *Clean & Press* service. It is exclusively intended for items that require special care and pressing, including suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets, and more. Pricing is determined per item.
• In contrast, the white *Press Only* sticker should be applied to any of the bags when you solely require pressing services. Pricing is per item in this case as well.
• The blue bag is specifically designed for our *Wash & Fold* service, which is perfect for items suitable for a 40°C wash that do not require pressing. This category encompasses sportswear, homewear, underwear, and more. The cost is a fixed price of AED 65 per bag, regardless of its contents.
• For all your home linens—including towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, and more—the designated bag is pink, denoting our *HomeCare* service. A fixed price of AED 75 per bag applies to a maximum of 15 items.

For future orders, we will provide you with additional bags for your convenience. Simply fill them and leave them outside your door for pickup.

Within the app, you have the option to add special instructions regarding how you wish us to package, fold, hang, crease, or starch your items. You can also report stains or leave notes for delicate or expensive items. We prioritize attention to detail and guarantee that your instructions will be followed to the letter.
